My name is Martin Hurley. I am an
artist, photographer, ideas guy and infopreneur.
This site has come about because I want to help
people learn more, understand more and be more open
to creativity. OR something like that.
I've spent over two years studying marketing and been online roughly for 5 years or longer. In that time I have only touched the surface, but I have never really stopped learning.
Photography is my business, and ideas are my best friend. It's only natural that hurleypix.com would reflect my ambitions and perspective. Persistance pays off.
It's taken me a long while to better understand how to properly, and effectively, use the internet to market my products, inspire and reach people with beauty and potential. We really do have unlimited potential.
In all my time on the internet, I did discover some resources that deserve a mention for just being absolutely really good. And when I say that I mean that the average, normal person can come along, and get it going, without having to immerse themselves into html and anything too technical.
Specifically, that product I'm talking about is Site Build It! (SBI!) And although I didn't use SBI! for this site, I have a SBI site that you can see here: custom photo calendars
I've got to tell you, I'm a real enthusiast when it comes to things that I know are good, beneficial and, if you put the work in, financially supportive. If you're thinking about an online home business, then hone in on this little opportunity. SBI! will work for anybody, anywhere.
I could talk about Site Build It! until the cows come home because I know brilliance when I see it. But there's lots more options out there. You can create websites using XSitePro (if you're keen to create multiple sites) or you can 'self build' a website and web graphics (don't need Photoshop) using something like Marlon Sander's Design Dashboard.
As an overview, basically I wanted to help people realize more of their potential, and bring more beauty into their life. I understand it's not always easy, and that life takes work. I also understand that it is a do-able thing. And it's a lot less bumpy when the resources are super supportive to our goals.
So, as you might have guessed, this site is a work in progress, as many sites are. Is a good, content-rich website ever really finished? Sometimes you've just got to harness your own abilities and make them do exactly what you tell them to.
